Margins in the restaurant industry are very thin, and the commission rates national delivery companies charge is much higher than most independents' profit margins. In places like New York city, third-party food delivery has put many small restaurants out of business. We love our restaurants, and we want them to thrive so they can continue to offer great food and service to our community. For that reason, we keep commission rates charged to restaurants as low as possible.
